The organization, Σύλλογος Συνδρόμου Down Ελλάδος (Down Syndrome Association of Greece), was founded in 1990 by families with children with Down syndrome. Its vision is to create a society providing equal opportunities for living and participation for all citizens. The association aims to develop specialized education and approach actions for people with Down syndrome, aiming at supported learning and recreation.
