The Bangladesh National Federation of the Deaf (BNFD) is the oldest Organization of Persons with Disabilities (OPD) in Bangladesh. Established in 1963, it aims to empower Deaf individuals through education, training, and skill development, enabling them to become self-reliant. The BNFD is also a member of the World Federation of the Deaf (WFD).
