UPHLS (Umbrella of Organizations of Persons with Disabilities in the fight against HIV&AIDS and for Health Promotion) is a non-governmental organization operating in Rwanda. Founded in 2006, it serves as an umbrella organization for disability organizations and grassroots self-help groups. UPHLS works to improve the health and employability of persons with disabilities and advocates for inclusive services.
