The Українське товариство сліпих (УТОС) is an all-Ukrainian voluntary public organization for visually impaired people operating in Ukraine. It was established on June 4, 1933, and focuses on social protection, rehabilitation, and defending the rights of people with visual impairments. The organization operates according to the Constitution of Ukraine and its own Statute.
