The Association of Refugees with Disability (ARD) is a registered Regional NGO that began as a support group in Kampala in 2010. It advocates for the rights and inclusion of refugees with disabilities. The organization aims to foster contact, share information, and harmonize the problems faced by refugees with disabilities while devising means of tackling them.
