The Organização Nacional de Cegos do Brasil (ONCB) is a non-profit organization founded in 2008 that represents approximately 90 institutions across Brazil. It is dedicated to defending the rights of blind and low-vision individuals. The organization actively participates in policy and rights councils and is affiliated with international organizations like ULAC and UMC.
