The 'Даунсайд Ап' (Downside Up) Charitable Foundation provides psychological, pedagogical, and social support to children, adolescents, and adults with Down syndrome in Russia, as well as their families. The foundation has been operating since 1997. Its mission is to improve the lives of people with Down syndrome in Russia through various programs, resources, and support services.
