The Guyana Council of Organisations for Persons with Disabilities (GCOPD) serves as the umbrella body for the majority of Organizations for Persons with Disabilities (OPDs) across Guyana. With a current membership of 24 DPOs, it focuses on inclusion, empowerment, collaboration, capacity building, sensitization, education, and advocacy. The organization aims to provide support, resources, and a platform for individuals with disabilities while promoting equal opportunities and rights.
