Asociación Colombiana de Sordociegos Surcoe (SURCOE) is a Colombian organization representing deaf-blind individuals. It advocates for the recognition of their rights and full inclusion, aligning with the International Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities. SURCOE is a member of the Federación Latinoamericana de Sordociegos (FLASC) and the Federación Mundial de Sordociegos (WFDB).
