The World Blind Union (WBU) is a global organization representing approximately 253 million blind or partially sighted individuals. Its members include organizations of and for the blind across 190 countries, along with international entities focused on vision impairment. WBU aims to address issues impacting the quality of life for blind and partially sighted people and advocate for their full participation in all aspects of life.
