Rwanda Organization of Persons with deaf Blindness (ROPDB) advocates for persons with Deaf-Blindness in Rwanda, empowering these individuals and ensuring their rights, dignity, and active participation in society. Established in 2018, ROPDB works towards inclusive education, health services, and socio-economic development for deaf-blind individuals. The organization aims to strengthen the voices of its members and empower them to become agents of change.
